First planted in 2013, the vines have thrived on the rich soil and have been allowed to develop unrushed, with the first harvest coming in 2018. The grape production and wine making systems are fully organic, certified by the Soil Association, allowing them to produce a high quality wine that is full of character without the use of chemicals.
The combination of Chardonnay, Pinot Meunier and Pinot Noir grapes produces this classic English Sparkling White Wine, which is expertly made by close neighbour and renowned winemaker, Will Davenport. The wine is fresh, full of character and ideal for any occasion.
