Please read and understand the following terms and conditions as they affect your rights and liabilities. These terms describe the basis for purchase by you and sale by us of the products described on this website, and they may change from time to time.
Over 18’s Rule
We will not sell wine or any other alcoholic beverage to anyone who is not 18 years of age or older. By placing an order with us you are confirming that you are at least 18 years old.
Free delivery on orders of 12 bottles or more
If you live in any of the places below, or anywhere in between, we will deliver free of charge when you order 12 bottles or more, within a 10-mile radius of our base on Wellbrook Farm, Mayfield. Deliveries will be made on Wednesday or Friday.

Sorry, we don't deliver outside of these areas.
We aim to deliver on the next Wednesday or Friday (order cut offs are 12 noon Tuesday and Thursday), we will contact you if this will not be possible. We regret that we cannot specify delivery times. If delivery is delayed due to any cause beyond our reasonable control, the delivery date will be extended by a reasonable period and we will contact you to arrange an alternative day.
We will deliver the goods to the address you specify in your order. We do not leave items unless specified by you directly and we cannot accept any liability for any loss or damage to the goods once they have been delivered.
We offer free delivery on orders over 12 bottles, any order under this quantity can be collected from our address. Please call before collecting but on the whole we are here Monday-Friday between 9am and 4pm.
You will be contacted via email to confirm that we have accepted and processed your order, and on occasion this will be followed up by a telephone call. The quantity, description and value of the goods will be those set out in your order. Orders are accepted at our sole discretion but are normally accepted if the goods are available, the order reflects current pricing, you are based within our Delivery Areas and your credit/debit card is authorised for the transaction. If for any reason we are unable to fulfill your order exactly, we reserve the right to substitute any wine ordered with an alternative wine of at least the same value. We will not, however, substitute more than three different wines without contacting you first.
All prices are quoted in pounds sterling, inclusive of VAT at the prevailing rate. Our wines will be charged at the price displayed on the website. If, however, an item is priced incorrectly, we will inform you of the correct price before proceeding with the order. Prices may be subject to change due to currency, tax and duty fluctuations, or for any other reason.
Wine is a natural product and it runs out, at least until the next vintage arrives or until we have sourced an alternative. We apologise in advance if the wine you are looking for is sold out but we will always try to make this apparent on the website, and we are always very happy to offer advice, so please feel free to email or call us. The dynamic nature of our range means that this website may not contain all products stocked, and vintages may vary from those shown.
We accept most major credit and debit cards. By giving us your card details you are confirming that you are the cardholder. In the interest of your security, we reserve the right to contact your card issuer in order to make any necessary security checks.
We will charge your credit card account for payment upon receipt of order unless delivery cannot be fulfilled within 7 days. Items with a lead-time greater than 7 days may be charged up to 7 days prior to dispatch, but we will always aim to contact you first to explain when your order will be despatched. We accept no liability if a delivery is delayed because you did not give us the correct payment details. We will take all reasonable care to keep all information connected with your order secure but we cannot be held liable for any loss that you may suffer if a third party obtains unauthorised access to any data, including credit and account details you provide when accessing or ordering from this website, unless this is solely due to our negligence.
Cancellation, Breakages and Returns
By law, customers within the European Union have the right to a ‘cooling off period’ within seven days of their purchase being delivered. If you decide to cancel your order for any reason up to and including 14 working days after the delivery of your order and wish to return an item to us during this period, you will be entitled to a refund of the cost of the item and not the delivery charge or return charge, provided the item has not been opened, broken or tampered with in such a way that renders it unfit for sale. If, however, you are returning items because they are damaged, faulty or in any way defective then will refund the delivery and return fee on receipt of the goods. In the unlikely event that any of your bottles are broken upon receipt of goods, please let us know within 7 days and we will issue a full refund for the offending bottles.
We understand that many consumers are wary of shopping on the internet, but we can assure you that shopping on our site is completely safe and secure. Our secure server encrypts all information you give us, including your name, address and credit or debit card details, to ensure that this information can be safely transmitted through the internet without any other party being able to access it. It is your responsibility to ensure that any passwords or other entry codes required for re-entry to this site are not disclosed to any third party.
Risk And Ownership
Risk of damage to or loss of the goods passes to you at the time of delivery to you. You will only own the goods once they have been successfully delivered and when we have received cleared payment in full.
We aim to provide high quality products to our customers at all times and we warrant to you that our wines will be of satisfactory quality and fit for the general purpose intended.
Matters Out Of Our Control
We will not be liable to you or in breach of the contract for delay or failure to perform due to a cause beyond our reasonable control.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms will be governed by English law and any disputes will be resolved exclusively by the English Courts.
