This blend of Pinot Blanc and Riesling in equal proportions is fundamentally light, lean and lithe. The style is surprising – tasted blind you might be tempted to say it is from a much cooler, European location – but this is part of Argentina’s future, making wines that are full of great expression but also more delicate and elegant than in years gone by. In fact, as this is such a delicate wine, it was not filtered or stabilised, thus it has a slightly hazy appearance in the bottle.
