Los Sauces, Uco Valley, Mendoza, at 980 meters asl. The surface soil is sandy loam, with deep layers of large, rounded rocks. Fluvial deposits and volcanic sediments enrich the terroir, enhancing structure and minerality. Calcium carbonate adds vibrant acidity, elegance, and distinctive mineral notes, shaping a wine of remarkable depth and character.

This wine is reminiscent of a powerful andenergetic volcano. It has a deep ruby colour withelegant and complex aromas of grilled bell pepperand black fruits, which complement the spicyaromas from aging in oak barriques. On the palate,it is well-balanced, concentrated and with mineralcomplexity from its terroir. The tannins are velvety,and the finish is prolonged.
