This shows aromas of deep, fresh blackberry and macerated raspberries. An earthy edge accompanies the sweet top note of cranberries and a touch of smoky reduction. The perfume is musky and beautiful, quite exotic, with heady notes of spice. The palate is smooth, gentle and rich, with the uplifting freshness of Garnacha. There is plenty of black hedgerow fruit and intense minerality, with savoury and graphite notes. Perfect with all kinds of tapas, barbecued chicken, pizza, grilled steak, and rice dishes.
