Cazot Orange 2022

This wine, called "orange wine", is more structured than the white wine vinified in the modern way. It is also more colorful (intense yellow with orange notes).

The structure comes from the tannins of the seeds and the color of natural pigments that the grape skin contains.

Made from native grape varieties in the South of France, the blend is made from Maccabeu, Grenache Blanc and Gris and Malvoisie. It can be served as an aperitif chilled (10 ° C), but it is perfect with cold meats, cured ham, prawns or lobsters à la plancha, or with cheeses such as aged Manchego, Comté or Emmental.
