70% Pinot Noir, 30% Chardonnay, presenting a delicate salmon pink colour. Lovely aromas of wild raspberry and shortbread on the nose. Even with a minimum of 18 months in bottle on the lees, the wine has remarkable energy and freshness as well as great depth of flavour. The delicate bready notes are balanced with citrus, peach and red fruit characters.
