Vallée des Aigles Alt 440m Limoux Chardonnay 2022

The 30ha of Chardonnay vines that are used to make “Altitude 440 m” were planted in the early 70s and are some of the oldest in Languedoc. The terroir consists of clay and limestone typical of the Aude Valley and sits 400m above sea level.

 

This wine the colour of pale gold showing aromas of lime, pineapple, quince, nuts and brioche. A medium-bodied white wine with a generous, delicate length on the palate. Enjoy with cheese or with creamy chicken dishes.
