Made by Argentina's most revered sparkling wine producer with more than a century's experiance in traditional method bubbles. A generous 85% Pinot Noir dominates the blend with Chardonnay completing the picture. The wine spends a minimum of 3 years on the lees in bottle and thus develops sensational character and complexity. 
 
A glorious abundance of flavours on display from toasted brioche to peach, almond and apricot with a sumptuous yet refreshing mousse. 
 
This would cost a LOT more if it came from Champagne and offers a terrific alternative in every sense.
