50% Chardonnay, 50% Macabeo, the two wines are made separately then blended, using no oak whatsoever! A no-nonsense, fresh, fruity, simple and satisfying dry white that is great with all meals or on it's own. Aromas of apples, juicy limes and a touch of tropical fruits.
