From a small, family owned winery in the lovely Languedoc town of Limoux, home of the original traditional method sparkling wines, pre-dating the ‘invention’ of Champagne, this is a delight. Made from Mauzac and Chardonnay grapes, the wine has a charming stone fruits and apple quality with a hint of peach and white flowers. The winemaking is overseen by our friend Boris Kovac who lends his expertise to create a wine that is not only delicious but amazing value for money.
