Who doesn’t love Txakoli? Someone who hasn't tried it, that’s who! The labels can be impenetrable and usually give away very few clues as to the utterly delicious contents inside the bottle. However, the wine itself is a revelation. Nervy and fresh; light, fragrant and delicate; full of green apple, pear and citrus fruit character with a subtle saline note on the end. There is arguably no better wine in the world to enjoy with seafood, or to simply savour on a hot summer’s day.
